LocalBrand nhận đổi trả trong 30 ngày kể từ ngày bạn nhận hàng. Đổi size lần đầu miễn phí, và bạn được kiểm tra hàng trước khi thanh toán với đơn COD.LocalBrand accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the day you receive your order. Your first size exchange is free, and on cash-on-delivery (COD) orders you can inspect the goods before paying.

1. Điều kiện1. Conditions

• Sản phẩm còn tem mác, chưa giặt, chưa qua sử dụng.Items must have their tags attached and be unwashed and unworn.
• Có mã đơn hàng và số điện thoại đặt hàng.You need your order number and the phone number used to order.
• Không áp dụng cho đồ lót, tất và sản phẩm sale từ 50% trở lên, trừ khi lỗi do nhà sản xuất.Underwear, socks and items discounted by 50% or more cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

2. Cách đổi trả2. How to return

• Gửi yêu cầu tại trang Đổi trả với mã đơn và số điện thoại đặt hàng, hoặc nhắn mã đơn và lý do qua Zalo, Messenger, gọi 0909 080 066.Send a request on the Returns page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with, or message us your order number and the reason via Zalo or Messenger, or call 0909 080 066.
• LocalBrand xác nhận trong 24 giờ và gửi hướng dẫn gửi hàng.LocalBrand will confirm within 24 hours and send you shipping instructions.
• Đóng gói sản phẩm và gửi về 123 Lê Lợi, Q.1, TP.HCM, hoặc đổi trực tiếp tại cửa hàng.Pack the item and send it to 123 Le Loi, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, or exchange it in store.

3. Phí đổi trả3. Return costs

• Lỗi sản phẩm, giao sai hoặc sản phẩm không giống hình: LocalBrand chịu toàn bộ phí.Defective, wrong or not-as-pictured items: LocalBrand covers all costs.
• Đổi size lần đầu: miễn phí.First size exchange: free.
• Đổi ý, trả hàng không vừa size để hoàn tiền, hoặc đổi lần thứ hai: bạn chịu phí gửi hàng hai chiều.Change of mind, returning an item that doesn't fit for a refund, or a second exchange: you pay shipping both ways.

4. Hoàn tiền4. Refunds

Hoàn tiền trong 3–5 ngày làm việc sau khi LocalBrand nhận và kiểm tra hàng, qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng hoặc ví điện tử bạn đã dùng.Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after LocalBrand receives and inspects the item, by bank transfer or to the e-wallet you paid with.
